Brace yourself. This is amazing.
Let me begin with the fine print: If you’re thinking about committing insurance fraud; don’t. It’s illegal. You can go to jail and/or receive some pretty hefty fines. Not to mention you’ll look like a complete ass when the surveillance video hits the web and goes viral.
Meet 57-year-old Alexander Goldinsky of Randolph, New Jersey. He was subcontracted to work at a company in Woodbridge when he had this fantastic idea.
“Hmm, no one is around. Let me toss some ice on the floor and slip! I’ll sue for millions! Tahiti, here I come!”
The proof is in the pudding, baby. Check this video out. Authorities say the guy actually stayed there until he was found and brought to the hospital. smdh
OBVIOUSLY, if you file an insurance claim, they are going to check to see if there is video to back you up or debunk your alleged worst day ever.
Mr. Goldinsky was arrested on January 15 and charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception. He’s due in court on February 7.
“Oh my byyack…my sciatica!”
This is not how this works. This is not how ANY of this works. If you’re going to slip and fall on purpose, make it epic! We want to see legs everywhere! Soda on the ceiling! AT LEAST a chair down! Come on, guy.
