The Patriots intend on keeping Josh Gordon around for 2019. According to the Boston Globe, they have offered him a RFA Tender.
Basically “if another team tries to sign either player the Patriots would have five days to match the offer or receive the draft pick associated with the tender in return.”
The problem is, Josh Gordon is still suspended and there has been no official announcement from the league about his reinstatement.
At any rate, the Patriots would like him on their team IF he can play. And Gordon has been very vocal on social media regarding his feelings for the New England Patriots.
