The New Hampshire Supreme Court has given approval to a proposed country music festival at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon. The proposal has been in limbo for almost two years.
The Supreme Court determined that it did not need to issue a formal order and affirmed the decision from the Superior Court.
The speedway will work with Live Nation on a three-day music festival.
According to a press release from NHMS, David McGrath, executive vice president and general manager of the speedway says, “This is absolutely terrific news for music fans, local businesses and for tourism in the Capitol Region, and we are preparing to move full-steam ahead.”
There are no specific dates for the festival at this time but McGrath tells music fans to “stay tuned.”
According to festival plans, the concert will be held in the S6 Lot of NHMS, and will include camping. By partnering with Live Nation, it is expected that they will be able to bring top country artists to the area.
