Lara-Bush Pensy and her 15-year-old daughter, Arianna, have always wanted to see superstar Garth Brooks live in concert. But after Pensy was diagnosed with an extreme case of Tachycardia (a faster than normal heartbeat) they didn’t think it would ever happen.
During the diagnosis and dealing with the issues with her heart, Garth Brooks songs like “I’m Much Too Young to Feel This Damn Old” “Friends In Low Places,” and “The Dance,” helped them through the whole ordeal.
Pensy had the surgery earlier this year. Other than a few minor “tune ups” it was successful.
Then something else wonderful happened… it was announced that Garth would be coming to the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ!
Lara and Adriana got tickets and their countdown began to fulfill Lara’s dream. They arrived at the stadium with matching pink cowboy boots with two signs that said, “The surgeon fixed my heart, so I could live to see Garth!”
