95.3 & 107.1 The Wolf’s Food Drive to Benefit Claremont Soup Kitchen

95.3 & 107.1 The Wolf has joined forces with the Claremont Soup Kitchen for a holiday food drive on Saturday, December 8th at the Market Basket on Washington St. in Claremont from 10am- 2pm.

The Claremont Soup Kitchen, located at 51 Central St in Claremont, serves dinners to as many as 100 people each evening as well as 350 boxes of food each month to needy families in the area.

It’s Executive Director Cindy Stevens’ goal to feed as many hungry people as possible. In 2019, she will be bringing boxes of “kid-friendly” food to stock the new shelves at the Claremont schools.

So, what’s Saturday’s goal? To stuff a truck FULL of non-perishable canned and boxed goods and bring it to the soup kitchen to fill the shelves with good food to give to those in need.

No donation is too small; anything you can give will be greatly appreciated and go to a great organization. Again, stop by the Market Basket, 345 Washington St. in Claremont from 10am to 2pm with any canned or boxed good and help feed someone this holiday season.
