Searching for sunshine this week? Wednesday is the best beach day
For vacationers at the lake or ocean in New Hampshire this week, it's been a rough start. Monday was very wet and while much of the rain is gone, Tuesday is not much better temperature-wise.
High pressure will build overhead on Wednesday, supplying sunshine and dry air. There will be a cooling seabreeze near the coast, keeping highs in the 70s there, while inland towns will reach the lower 80s.
This will be the best "beach day" of the week.
Despite the sunshine, be careful when swimming in the water. Rip currents are active on Tuesday, and there may be a risk on Wednesday as well.
Rain chances return on Thursday, but it should not be a washout.
