Zac Brown Band asks concertgoers at Bank of NH Pavilion to leave the bags behind
GILFORD — If you are attending a Zac Brown Band concert this weekend at the Bank of NH Pavilion, plan ahead to carry all your belongings.
The Zac Brown Band released a statement Thursday that they "will be enforcing a new NO BAG policy this year that restricts bags of any kind that may be brought into venue."
According to the statement, "this includes purses, backpacks, hand bags, clutch bags, briefcases, fanny packs, cinch bags, coolers, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, and binoculars."
No connection was drawn to the recent bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England, that killed 22 people.
One exception was given by the Zac Brown Band for "medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose."
The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion normally allows clear totes, clear plastic bags and small purses inside the venue.
