Woman Spends $3,000 and Flies 4,000 Miles Just to Play Tag
If it’s not a marketing gimmick for the new movie “Tag," it’s the most epic game of tag we’ve ever heard of (besides the one the movie is based on)! Georgina Wilkinson, from the U.S. and Drew McEwan from the United Kingdom have been playing tag since 2014, according to the Mirror.
Apparently it happened by chance when the two, along with six other random strangers, started by playing in China four years ago.
The video features a family posing for a photo in a beautiful garden in the UK. A woman gardening is ruining the family photo so the man asks the woman to get out of the picture, and then Wilkinson pops up, taps McEwan on the arm and says, “You’re It!" It was all a set up by Wilkinson and McEwan’s family.
According to their game, she had to tag and leave immediately, so she flew back to the U.S. right afterward. The quick trip of 4,000 miles cost Wilkinson nearly $3,000.
Wow, that’s a lot of traveling and money for a kids game. But she said it’s worth it and all in fun!
