Second suspect sought in Nashua murder of Benjamin Marcum
NASHUA - Police are looking for the public's help locating a second suspect in the March 2015 murder of 49 year-old Benjamin Marcum of Nashua.
A warrant has been issued for 20 year-old Stephan Peno of Nashua. Peno is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, and falsifying evidence.
Police say Peno may have cut his hair or shaved his face to change his appearance. He has notable tattos including "NFL" on his right arm, and "603" on his left arm.
Last month, 17 year-old John Goff was arrested and charged with stabbing Marcum to death on a bike path near Marcum's home on Palm Street.
Anyone with information regarding Peno's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
