
Search of NH residence leads to four arrests as police find guns, cash and drugs
BOSCAWEN — A search and multiple arrest warrants lead police to arrest four people and confiscate guns, drugs and money.
New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Unit, S.W.A.T., members of Boscawen police and the Hillsborough County Drug Task Force executed multiple arrest warrants and a search warrant on Cornhill Road in Boscawen on Wednesday.
Inside the house, police found a cache of assault rifles, an undisclosed amount of cash as well as Oxycodone and crack cocaine.
Police arrested Ernest Jones, 42, of Boscawen, and charged him with felony firearm possession and possession of crack cocaine and Oxycodone. Jones also had an outstanding warrant for possession of opium from Concord police.
Jones was held on $75,000 cash bail.
Nancy Turner, 52, of Boscawen, also was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled drug and possession of crack cocaine and Oxycodone. Turner was held on $25,000 cash bail.
Jones and Turner are scheduled to appear in Franklin district court on Thursday.
Police also arrested Tratasia Day, 24, of Stoughton, Massachusetts, for possession of a controlled drug and Mary-Ellen Matthews, 31, for sale of a controlled drug. Both were released on personal recognizance bail. Court hearings had not yet been scheduled for them.
