Police on scene of officer-involved shooting in Keene
KEENE — Police are on scene after reports of an officer-involved shooting.
The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. on Wilford Street.
One person was taken to the hospital, but police told the Keene Sentinel that person is not a police officer.
New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit and the Attorney General's office are on their way to the scene and are investigating the incident.
This is the fourth officer-involved shooting since May 19. The most recent one happened in Newton when a Maine man was shot by Massachusetts State Police troopers.
