Police: Man crawled through hole in taxidermy shop to steal shotgun, ammunition in Manchester
MANCHESTER - Police said it appeared a man crawled through a hole in the back of a taxidermy shop to steal a shotgun and 30 boxes of ammunition.
Manchester police were called to Wildlife Taxidermy early Monday morning after after a burglary alarm was triggered before they found the small hole in the back.
A shotgun valued at $500 was taken from a shelf and 1½ boxes of ammunition was stolen.
A K-9 unit was called to search the scene, but no one was found.
The suspected was caught on a security camera and described as a white man. He was wearing a homemade white hat, black jacket, gray undershirt, reddish brown boots, blue jeans and white and black colored work gloves.
