NH woman, man indicted in connection with January Fentanyl overdose death
BRENTWOOD — A woman and man from Newfields have been indicted in connection with a Newmarket man's overdose death.
Jennifer Bonner, 37, and Randy Bonner, 36, face charges after Christopher Marmat, 39, died of Fentanyl intoxication.
Marmat was found dead in his bedroom at 5 Packers Falls Rd. on Jan. 10. Jennifer Bonner was arrested Feb. 11 after toxicology results revealed his death to be an overdose.
Jennifer Bonner has been charged with acts prohibited - death resulting and acts prohibited. Separately, she has been indicted on two counts of forgery for allegedly using fake $10 bills at a Dunkin' Donuts.
Randy Bonner has been indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit acts prohibited and accomplice to acts prohibited.
The indictments state that Randy Bonner drove Jennifer Bonner to meet up with Marmat to receive money to buy the drugs and then down to Massachusetts to purchase the drugs before meeting back up with Marmat.
Jennifer Bonner is scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court on Thursday at 9 a.m. If convicted on the acts prohibited - death resulting charge, she faces up to life in prison.
Randy Bonner is scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court on June 2 at 1 p.m. Each of his charges carries a sentence of 7½-15 years in prison.
