NH sex offender arrested after failing to check in with police
MERRIMACK — A registered sex offender was arrested Wednesday after failing to report for a semi-annual check-in.
Merrimack police said Brian Elliott, 35, of Merrimack, missed a check-in within five business days of his 35th birthday, which he is required to do semi-annually to update police with any new personal information.
