NH police searching for vehicle that damaged Speed Data Collection Trailer
ROCHESTER — Police are asking the public for help locating a vehicle that struck a Speed Data Collection Trailer around July 1.
Rochester police said at about 3:28 a.m. they responded to Tebbetts Road for a report of damage to a Speed Data Collection Trailer.
Police said they arrived to find that the trailer had been struck by a vehicle traveling northbound on Pickering Road towards Old Dover Road, and had flipped over on its side.
The trailer received extensive damage and had to be towed from the scene.
Police said the accident is believed to have happened between 9:00 p.m. on July 1, 2017, and 3:28 a.m. on July 2, 2017.
Police believe that the vehicle responsible for striking the trailer might be a black Nissan Murano with damage to the passenger side front end, including headlamp damage and damage to the fog light area.
