NH homeowner waves down officer after catching man trespassing on property
WOLFEBORO — A Wolfeboro man faces charges after allegedly trespassing on the same property two days in a row.
The homeowner of 275 Trotting Track Road waved down an officer after witnessing Derrick W. Wright, 35, of Wolfeboro, walk up to the driveway of his house Sunday at 3:28 p.m.
A different officer had served Wright a no trespass order for the same address earlier in the morning after he had trespassed on the property the day before, police said.
Police attempted to place Wright under arrest for criminal trespassing, but he allegedly resisted.
Wright faces the charges of criminal trespassing, breach of bail and resisting arrest. He has a court date scheduled for June 21.
