NH dealer sentenced to 10-years in prison after police find 1.8 kilograms of fentanyl, $700K
CONCORD — A judge sentenced a drug dealer out of Manchester to 10-years in federal prison after police recovered 1.8 kilograms fentanyl and over $700,000 in drug proceeds.
According to court documents, Jeannette Hardy distributed heroin and fentanyl in the Queen City area since at least July 2014.
Police recovered a large amount of fentanyl along with $198,000 in drug proceeds from an apartment occupied by Hardy and another individual and $560,000 in drug proceeds from a safe deposit box. Police said Hardy was unemployed at the time of the conspiracy and therefore the money constituted proceeds of her drug distribution conspiracy.
Hardy previously pleaded guilty and must also serve a five-year term of supervised release following her release from prison.
