
NH AG: Suspicious deaths in Farmington ruled homicides, 2 women stabbed to death
FARMINGTON — Officials said two women found dead in Farmington on Sunday died of multiple stab wounds.
NH Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announced that that the women have been identified as Christine Sullivan, 48, and Jenna Pellegrini, 32.
Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas A. Andrew determined that the cause of Sullivan’s death was multiple stab wounds as well as blunt impact injuries. He also determined that the cause of Pellegrini’s death was multiple stab wounds.
Both deaths are being ruled homicides.
The investigation is active and ongoing and anyone with information related to the incident is asked to call NH State Police at 603-223-4381.
