Need treatment? This Program Helps Men in NH Sober Up at Night
NASHUA – Gatehouse Treatment of Nashua is now offering night-time rehab to help parents, working individuals, and business professionals cope with the stresses of addiction.
Held weekly in the events, Gatehouse Treatment helps those find their recovery while also still maintaining their day-to-day responsibilities. During the Night-time rehab, adults will work in both an individual and group therapy setting to help ensure the maximum benefit of working with Gatehouse.
During the program, individuals can do intensive work with Gatehouse’s master’s level licensed mental health counselors. The program also includes a case manager on shift to meet on an individual basis about any support someone may need outside of the program. One day a week, individuals will also meet with their licensed medical team should any medications be needed, or health issues arise.
The program not only helps keep a sober state, but can continue to provide positive support and accountability to help find a long-term recovery solution.
Individual Night-time rehab is currently three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:45 – 9:00pm. During the individual session with an assigned primary therapist, there are opportunities to speak about recent events and discussion about the support someone needs to be successful in the program.
Group sessions vary based on availability of all participants. The therapies used during group sessions range from psychodramas to simple group processes. One group each day typically focuses on relapse prevention to help equip all individuals with the tools to avoid drinking now or in the future.
