Motorcyclist Dead, Passenger Injured in NH Crash with SUV
Police have yet to release the names of the people involved in a Manchester crash between an SUV and motorcycle that left one person dead and his passenger injured.
Police responded about 9:30 Monday night to the intersection of Elm and West Auburn streets to a reported crash. Their preliminary investigation indicates a 2004 Toyota RAV 4 driven by an 18-year-old Manchester woman was turning west onto West Auburn Street when she collided with a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by a 36-year-old Derry man who was traveling south on Elm Street.
The motorcycle operator died of his injuries at a local hospital. His 28-year-old passenger, a Manchester woman, was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. Her condition is unknown. The SUV driver was uninjured.
