Whether you're new to the slopes, or a seasoned professional, New Hampshire has the terrain for you.
No. 1: Gibson at Cranmore
It's not always easy to ski in a group, but Cranmore Mountain offers a green trail from the summit that will allow all members of your party to ride together. Gibson, takes riders up and around the outside of the mountain with options to tree ski or just take in the view.
No. 2: Bonanza at Mount Sunapee
For the more experienced rider, check out Mount Sunapee's Bonanza trail. The blue rated terrain will dump you out at the top of Chipmunk, another intermediate path to take you back to the base lodge.
No. 3: Gunsmoke, gunpower and shotgun at Gunstock
Further north, Gunstock's themed trails make every trip a total blast! Starting from the summit follow Upper Gunsmoke to Gunpowder segway onto Shotgun and end on Lower Gunsmoke, you won't be disappointed.
No. 4: Loon's North Peak
Trying to avoid long lift lines? Check out the trails on Loon's North Peak. Upper and Lower Walking Boss provide a view of Mount Washington that will knock your ski socks off.
NO. 5: Tuckerman's Ravine
For those expert skiers looking to be challenged, drop in on the steepest terrain in the Northeast. Tuckerman's Ravine, located on Mount Washington is hard, even for the professionals. The few who get to ride Tucks as the locals call it will get more than personal satisfaction, they will have plenty of bragging rights.
