Mega-sized Hannaford to open in Bedford Saturday, will donate $10,000 to local groups
BEDFORD — Hannaford Supermarkets has announced the grand-opening of its largest supermarket — 68,000-square-feet — in New Hampshire will take place Saturday at 7 a.m.
The 7 Kilton Road location in Bedford will feature made-to-order food, online shopping with curbside pick-up, a 700-square-foot community room for non-profits and a brew room with over 230 craft beers and more than 900 bottles of wine.
In honor of the store’s opening, Hannaford said it is donating over $10,000 to local groups.

"When customers enter the store they will see beautiful images of Bedford, because we wanted to emphasize that Hannaford is as committed as ever to our local food pantries, schools, farmers and other community partners," said Suzanne Riel, the new store's manager. "We are excited to show the whole Bedford-area community all that their new store has to offer."
