Manchester woman arrested at Livingston park for heroin
MANCHESTER - A city woman was arrested Saturday for heroin possession.
Police found 21-year-old Ashley Rollins unconscious in a Dodge Charger just before noon on Saturday morning at Livingston Park. Police observed track marks in Rollins' arm and called an ambulance while they tried to wake the woman.
She woke up on her own and was medically cleared by medical personnel.
Police searched her car which revealed .8 grams of heroin and several hypodermic needles inside.
She was released on $2,500 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court on May 1.
