Man, woman, teen arrested after allegedly fighting police at Manchester home
MANCHESTER - A fight broke out at a Manchester home after police said they responded for a third time to a complaint of loud music Sunday night at 416 Belmont St.
They said they previously asked 46 year-old John Robinson to turn down the music, but he did not comply.
When police arrived, Robinson was standing on the porch of the apartment building and would not obey police officers when they asked him again to turn the music down. Instead, they said he walked back in the house despite police instruction to stay where he was.
Officers said when they tried to arrest Robinson, he fought them, so they used a taser to subdue him.
Robinson was then charged with disorderly conduct.
A 15-year-old teen was also arrested for simple assault after he allegedly threw punches at police officers.
A third person in the home, 48-year-old Robin Pattengale was arrested for disorderly conduct for yelling and swearing during the incident which could be heard outside the home.
Both adults were scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Manchester.
