Man indicted in NH for placing bag of fentanyl in his butt to hide it from police
MANCHESTER — A Massachusetts man was indicted for concealing a baggie a fentanyl from officers by placing the baggie in his "anal area."
Luciano Vasquez, 35 of Lawrence, Mass., allegedly concealed the baggie in his butt in order to "impair the availability of the baggie containing the purported controlled drug from Law Enforcement officers in said criminal investigation in such investigation," on March 6, according to the indictments.
He was indicted for falsifying physical evidence. He can face up seven years in state prison and $4,000 in fines for his crime.
