Man in Manchester indicted after sexually assaulting two girls
MANCHESTER - A city man who allegedly touched an 11- and a 12-year-old girl for sexual gratification has been indicted by a grand jury.
Jason Faucher, 39, of 790 Harvey Road, has been charged with one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of felonious sexual assault after police learned that he touched the girls sometime between Oct. 1, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2013.
According to court records, Faucher made rude comments to each of the girls as he touched them.
If convicted of all three charges, Faucher could face between 30 and 60 years in prison and a fine of $12,000.
