Kevin Landrigan: Ted Cruz is coming back to NH
CONCORD - Texas Senator and potential 2016 Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz is returning to New Hampshire next month.
The March 15 visit as the guest speaker of the Lincoln-Reagan Day Grafton County Dinner in the town of Lincoln is his first since September.
During the last trip he spent two days meeting voters in Nashua, Manchester and Concord.
Cruz, a darling of the national Tea Party movement, stood out as one of the few prominent Republicans to campaign for Second Congressional District GOP nominee Marilinda Garcia of Salem.
The testing the waters moves by Cruz have been watched closely. She spoke at a forum in the first caucus state of Iowa last month.
According to reports, she will return to the Hawkeye State the weekend before coming back to New Hampshire.
He will speak at the annual meeting of the Conservative Political Action Conference later this month.
