Judge grants AG extension to indict NH man charged with double murder
DOVER — A county judge granted the NH Attorney General's second extension request to indict a Dover man charged with a January double murder.
The extension allows the AG's office until the July grand jury session to indict, or the court will have the option to drop the charges.
The subject of the case is Timothy Verrill, 35 of Dover, who was charged with two counts of second-degree murder during his Feb. 8 arrest.
Police said Verrill killed Jenna Pellegrini, 32, and Christine Sullivan, 48, back in Jan. 27, although the bodies were not found until Jan. 29 at 979 Meadorboro Rd.
The AG's office filed the extension request May 11, and Judge Steven Houran granted it last week.
