Nursing officials put New England medical program under the microscope
MANCHESTER—A Massachusetts nursing program with ties to New Hampshire is under fire by state regulators, according to a newspaper report.
The Boston Globe reported that MCPHS University, once known as the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and which operates a campus in Manchester, said problems with the qualifications of instructors and other issues has brought on scrutiny by that state's Board of Registration in Nursing.
The Manchester location is at 1260 Elm Street. Its website lists clinical rotation partner sites including Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Elliot Hospital.
