New Study Claims More Booze and Extra Pounds May Extend Your Life
Did you ever think you’d hear someone tell you that if you had a few more drinks and gained a few pounds it might help you live a longer life?
Well, researchers at the University of California say that a few extra pounds and a couple drinks can actually cut your risk of prematuredeath by 10 percent.
The researchers also say that if you spend at least a couple hours a day doing a hobby, get 15 minutes of exercise a day, and drink coffee, it could contribute to a longer life.
Getting out and interacting with folks other than family is a good thing, too. And everything in moderation as well; people who drank to excess died earlier. But, you know how these things work, next week there might be a study that shows just the opposite.
