Grand jury indicts man accused of forcing woman into prostitution
BRENTWOOD - A Massachusetts man accused of giving heroin to women and then selling them as prostitutes has been indicted by a Rockingham County grand jury.
Frantzer Fleurimond, 28, and Molly Sloan, 23, of Strafford, were arrested in October at a Portsmouth hotel.
The indictment states Fleurimond took a woman's purse containing her identification card, Social Security debit card and phone and forced her to perform "commercial sex acts." They also say another woman was forced to do the same when Fleurimond controlled her access to heroin.
A court date has not yet been set according to the indictments. Fleurimond is being held on $75,000 cash bail.
Sloan's trial is expected to start Feb. 3.
