Goffstown woman sentenced for embezzling more than $1M from Manchester auto body shop
GOFFSTOWN (AP) - A Goffstown woman will spend two years in prison for stealing more than $1 million from a Manchester auto body shop.
Suzan Harbinson, 52, was sentenced in U.S. District Court Monday to 27 months in prison for embezzlement from Henry's Collision Center where she worked as a bookkeeper from 2010 to 2015. Prosecutors said Harbinson forged the signature of the shop's owner on 145 checks. She covered up the thefts by falsely reporting that the checks were voided.
Harbinson was also ordered to make restitution payments.
