Fund set up to help Manchester officers shot Friday in the line of duty
MANCHESTER - A fund has been set up to help the two officer shot while dealing with an armed robbery suspect early Friday morning.
The Manchester Police Patrolman's Association has set up an account to help Officers Ryan Hardy and Matt O'Connor as they recover from their injuries. Hardy is listed in stable condition at a Boston hospital with a gunshot wound to the face. O'Connor was shot in the leg and has been released from the hospital.
