This Man Left His Victim With Serious Injuries, Police Say
MANCHESTER — Police are looking for a man they say assaulted a person Monday.
On Monday, officers responded to Cilley Road for an assault and found a person with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The person told officers a person they knew had assaulted them, police said.
That person was identified at Melvin Funez-Reyes, 21, last known address of 160 Union St., Manchester. Police issued a warrant for his arrest on first-degree assault charges.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Manchester Police Department at 668-8711.
Police said no further information is being released at this time.
