Police: NH Man With Lengthy Criminal History Arrested for Burglary
NORTH CONWAY — A homeless man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a home and stole jewelry, clothing and electronics.
Conway police said the White Horse Road home was burgarlized in broad daylight Oct. 31.
After an investigation, police identified Christian Stinchcomb, 20, as a possible suspect. Police said they also recovered several of the stolen items.
On Wednesday, police obtained a warrant for Stinchcomb's arrest and he was arrested at the Carroll County House of Corrections after being taken into custody earlier in the day by the Madison Police Department on a probation violation.
Stinchcomb, who police said has a lengthy criminal history, was charged with one class B felony of burglary. He was out on bail on charges of burglary and under indictment on several other felony level charges at the time of his arrest.
Stinchcomb was arraigned Thursday and held on $5,000 cash.
