NH Man Pleads Not Guilty to Getting Drunk and Carjacking Vehicles
A man accused of a crime spree that included carjackings and several crashes has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges.
Anthony Plourde, 22, was charged by Hillsborough Superior Court North with two counts of class A felony stolen motor vehicle, one count of simple assault, one count of conduct after an accident and one count of criminal mischief.
In Hillsborough Superior Court South he faces charges of felony receiving stolen property, felony reckless conduct, felony conduct after an accident, misdemeanor conduct after an accident, and driving while intoxicated.
Plourde waived his arraignments Wednesday and his bail was set at $50,000 cash for both districts.
Police said Plourde was wanted in three towns after he stole two vehicles and was involved in several drunken-driving hit-and-runs.
