Altered State of Mind: Nashua Man Faked Papers at Medical Marijuana Program, Police Say
CONCORD — New Hampshire State Campus Police arrest a Nashua man for allegedly altering documents at a medical marijuana program.
Betzaida Guzman Oquendo, 28, was arrested in Nashua on Wednesday for tampering with public records or information based on a state officer’s search warrant.
Police said on Nov. 16, a State Campus police officer responded to the Therapeutic Cannabis Program in Concord after receiving a report of an altered document. After obtaining witness statements and evidence, police said an arrest warrant was issued for Oquendo.
Oquendo was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment Jan. 19 at Concord district court.
