The Charges Keep Coming for a Massachusetts Man but First Police Need to Find Him
PELHAM — Additional arrest warrants have been issued for a Massachusetts man accused of bringing drugs from Lawrence and Boston, Mass. to southern New Hampshire.
Jhonathan Pimentel, 28, of Roslindale, Mass., was arrested on Dec. 8 in Pelham during a motor vehicle stop on Mammoth Road. This arrest had come after a three-month investigation into heroin and crack cocaine distribution.
Pimentel was originally charged with multiple counts of sales of heroin, sale of crack cocaine, and possession of crack cocaine.
After the arrest, Pimentel made his $6,000 cash bail.
Pimentel’s motor vehicle, a 2004 Ford Explorer, was seized and a search warrant was executed days after his arrest.
During the search, police said investigators located six separate baggies, each containing what is believed to be heroin and crack cocaine.
Because of the search results, Pelham police have issued new warrants for possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
Pelham detectives have been working with the Boston, Lawrence and Peabody Massachusetts Police Departments in an attempt to locate Pimentel.
Anyone with information on Pimentel’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pelham Police Department’s Criminal Bureau at 603-635-2411.
