Manchester Man Charged with Beating Death of 2-Year-Old Boy
MANCHESTER — An arrest has been made following the beating death of a 2-year-old boy.
Mark Heath, 32, of 551 Howe St., Second Floor, Manchester, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
Both charges allege that Heath caused 2-year-old Jacob Pelletier's death on Monday by inflicting blunt force trauma to his abdomen.
Police said one charge alleges that Heath acted consciously and another charge alleges that he acted recklessly.
Heath’s arraignment is scheduled to be in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in Manchester at 1 p.m. Thursday.
