5 Rounded Up in Plymouth for Various Charges, Police Say
PLYMOUTH — Police arrested five people during a warrant sweep on charges ranging from false reports, to drug possession to child endangerment.
On Wednesday at 8 a.m., the Plymouth Police Department, U.S. Marshal's Office, Plymouth State University Police Department, and the Grafton County Sheriff's Office conducted the sweep.
Christopher Smith, 45, was found hiding in a residence on Loon Lake Road. Smith was wanted by police for failing to register as a sex offender and sale of controlled drugs.
The other arrests happened at the Red Carpet Inn and Suites on Highland Street.
Justin Barberian, 23, was wanted for receiving stolen property.
Robert Barberian, 41, had Hillsborough Superior Court warrants for endangering the welfare of a child and controlled premises where drugs are kept.
Cheyanne Huckins, 18, had warrants for hindering apprehension/prosecution, unsworn falsification and false reports to law enforcement.
Seth Stevens, 28, had warrants for felony possession of a firearm, possession of meth with intent to sell, probation violation, driving after suspension and disobeying an officer.
In addition to the arrests, police also executed two search warrants at two other locations in relation to the arrests.
