Duo Arrested for Allegedly Injecting Heroin in Manchester Cumberland Farms Parking Lot
MANCHESTER — Police arrested a man and woman for heroin possession in the Cumberland Farms parking lot on Hanover Street around lunchtime Thursday.
Manchester police say they received a call from a citizen who reported witnessing two people who appeared to be using drugs in a vehicle parked at the store.
When police arrived they found James Albert, 34, of Manchester, and Jada Moquin, 30, of Goffstown, in possession of heroin.
Albert was currently on parole from state prison so he was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug. The Department of Corrections also placed a 72 hour hold on Albert.
Moquin was arrested and charged with drug possession also. She is currently out on bail for another charge, so she has the added charge of violating her bail conditions.
Both are being held at the Valley Street jail.
