Drunk Driver Catches Felony Charge After Flipping Car With Passengers Inside
ROCHESTER — Authorities say a New Hampshire man faces felony charges after crashing his vehicle while driving drunk.
According to police, the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday in the area of Old Dover Rd.
Police identified the driver of the Subaru Impreza as Dakota Corain, 25 of Dover.
Investigations revealed that Corain's vehicle drifted off the road and hit several mailboxes before striking an electrical box and then a rock which caused the vehicle to spin and subsequently roll.
Two passengers who were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash were identified by police as Albert Bertrand and Jesse Reeves. Both were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries.
Police charged Corain with felony Driving While Intoxicated.
The case is still under investigation at this time.
