'Bloodied' Man Arrested After Fight Outside Red Arrow Diner in Manchester
MANCHESTER — A fight outside the Red Arrow Diner early Sunday morning led to the arrest of a Concord man.
Officers responded to the diner at 2 a.m. Sunday. As the officer approached the area, several people, including a man who had blood on his face, fled on foot, police said. The officer chased the bloodied person into the adjacent parking lot and ordered him to stop, but the man kept running, police said.
The officer caught up with the man as they both fell to the ground because of ice and he placed the man, identified as Kristopher Dragon, 33, of Concord, into custody.
A second man in front of the diner also had injuries to his face. He was released from the scene. Dragon refused medical treatment.
Officers brought Dragon to headquarters and charged him with resisting arrest/detention. He also was placed on a 72-hour hold for probation/parole. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester district court Tuesday.
