Man from Dominican Republic Sentenced for NH Drug Dealing
CONCORD - A man has been sentenced to federal prison for participating in drug trafficking organization.
Toribio Guerrero Marte, also known as Luis Rodriguez Lugo and Boss, 32, of the Dominican Republic, was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison for heroin trafficking.
Guerrero Marte participated in the drug trafficking organization between June 2015 and October 2016.
Court documents say he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with the intent to distribute heroin on Aug. 7.
After serving his sentence, he will be on supervised release for three years and also faces possible deportation to the Dominican Republic.
Guerrero Marte's brother Alberto Guerrero Marte, 38, received a 15-year sentence for participating in the drug trafficking ring.
Three others involved in the case have been sentenced while another six others are still awaiting sentencing.
