51-year-old Franklin Woman Arrested for 2nd Time in a Month for Possession of Fentanyl, Other Drugs
FRANKLIN — Franklin police say they arrested the same woman on felony drug-related crimes for the second time in less than a month.
Police pulled over Sande Lamanuzzi, 51, on Friday for a traffic stop. Officers found out she had an outstanding warrant out of Concord and she was arrested. During the arrest, police found fentanyl and prescription pills in her possession.
Detectives applied for and were granted a search warrant for Lamanuzzi's car. In the vehicle, they found more fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine and other pills.
Lamanuzzi was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled drug and six counts of default or breach of bail. She refused bail and was held at the Merrimack County jail.
Lamanuzzi was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
She was previously arrested as part of Operation Granite Shield in early December for drug possession and intent to distribute.
