$5,000 Bail Set For Woman Accused of Fatal Hit-and-Run at Dunkin' Donuts
EPPING (AP) — A judge has set bail at $5,000 for a New Hampshire woman accused in a hit-and-run at a convenience store that killed an employee.
Police say 55-year-old Andrea Rich struck 55-year-old Ilene Sullivan on Jan. 31 while Sullivan was taking a break outside the Dunkin' Donuts where she worked. They say Rich got out of her pickup truck, but then got back in and drove away.
Police said Rich submitted a blood sample to authorities that came back negative, showing that she was not impaired at the time of the crash.
