Crack, molly and marijuana seized; 2 arrested in Nashua
NASHUA - Police have seized crack cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana and arrested two out-of-state men on an assortment of drug charges.
Andre Mckinney, 24, of Burlington, N.J., and Nasah Johnson, 27, of Souderton, Penn., were arrested Thursday after an investigation by the Narcotics Intelligence Division over several months.
Mckinney has been charged with four counts of unlawful sale of crack cocaine, unlawful sale of MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy or Molly, two counts of possession of crack cocaine, possession of MDMA with intent to distribute and two counts of possession of marijuana.
Johnson was charged with unlawful sale of crack cocaine, four counts criminal liability to unlawful sale of crack cocaine, criminal liability to unlawful sale of MDMA, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of MDMA with intent to distribute, possesion of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana.
Police received a search warrant to search the defendant's vehicle, leading to the discovering of a .45 caliber handgun with a laser sight along with roughly 50 grams of crack and 20 grams of molly.
Mckinney and Johnson were each held on $100,000 cash bail pending their arraignments on Friday at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court.
