Alleged drug deal near NH school brings enhanced felony to 1 of 2 charged in Nashua
NASHUA — An alleged drug deal near a local school has led to enhanced charges for a man in Nashua who was arrested in the latest Granite Hammer operation.
Police say Rodney Maulding, 30, of no fixed address, Nashua, is scheduled for arraignment Thursday after he was arrested and charged with one felony count of selling heroin. The felony was an enhanced penalty for sale of a controlled drug within a school zone. Maulding refused bail.
Additionally, Lisa Diperna, 54, of 82½ W. Hollis St., Nashua was charged with one felony count of selling crack cocaine.
Diperna was held on bail and was also scheduled for arraignment Thursday.
