
9 more nabbed in NH drug sweep; heroin, meth, cocaine related to some charges
CANAAN — The Canaan Police Department arrested nine people as a result of a targeted operation conducted under the Statewide Granite Hammer Initiative.
New Hampshire Probation & Parole and the Enfield Police Department assisted with this operation.
The arrests
Lori B. Sanborn, 35 of Canaan, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class B felony.
Travis McCoy, 34 of Canaan, was charged with possession of heroin – subsequent offense, a class A felony and possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
Saeti M. Tobin, 22 of Enfield, was charged with possession of cocaine – subsequent offense, a class A felony and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.
Charles “Asa” Neily, 34 of Canaan, was charged with possession of cocaine – subsequent offense, a class A felony.
Alexander T. Allen, 27 of Canaan, was charged with possession of methylphenidate – subsequent Offense, a class A felony.
Additionally, the following individuals were arrested for violation and misdemeanor level offenses.
An 18-year-old male was arrested on an electronic bench warrant - a violation
A 30-year-old female was arrested for possession of marijuana - a class B misdemeanor
A 25-year-old female was arrested on an electronic bench warrant – a violation
A 26-year-old female was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol – a class B misdemeanor
Those four people were not identified.
Each defendant was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the 2nd Circuit Court – District Division Lebanon on June 26.
