3 men indicted in Portsmouth kidnapping case
BRENTWOOD - Three brothers from Massachusetts charged with kidnapping and threatening the life of a woman in Portsmouth in November have now been indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Among other things, Mark Rodrick, 20, was charged with threatening to cut off the victim's fingers and holding a knife against her throat while threatening to kill her. Wes and Thomas Rodrick, who share the same Leicester address as Mark Rodrick, were indicted as accomplices in the kidnapping of Jamie Cusson and for criminal threatening.
